Hello, my name is Amanda Newton and I am new to the adventure of blogging. I am a Christ follower, wife, mother of three adopted children, and full-time professional.

I love spending time with the kids, going to parks, playing pool, roller skating, working out, hiking, tattoos, good “one-liners”, and reading.

Blogging is a new adventure for me as I am not a writer and I have a hard time being vulnerable. This space is to allow me to unpack some struggles I have had throughout my life that have led me to the conclusion that God’s plan for us is not always obvious. I hope that in sharing these stories, I can provide comfort to those who feel as lost as I have been (and sometimes still am), to convey struggles that we all have (however sometimes other’s will make you feel that you are on the struggle bus alone), and to interject humor through some of the best moments I have experienced throughout this journey we call life.
